The tea boasts antioxidants just like its real tea counterparts. This makes it one of the most preferred alternatives to black and green teas.

It’s also the first recorded tea to be made into an ‘espresso’ alternative, which we know as the Red Espresso. Find your own liking for this favorable herbal tea by adding milk and sugar. You can even have an iced version of this tea.

INGREDIENTS: African Red Bush

Tasting Notes: Full-bodied infusion with woody and sweet notes of caramel and cream. Rich in antioxidants with no caffeine, it is best served hot.

 

Steeping

Add 1 scoop to your tea infuser or muslin tea bag. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Then enjoy its natural essence or enhance it with one tablespoon of honey.
