Shipping Policy

Nothing beats online shopping from home, or on the go than receiving your gift and it exceeds everything you imagined. 

We ship all orders Monday – Friday, via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive emails during every step of order fulfillment to keep you aware of where your special package is. Please keep an eye out especially for the email that states when your item is shipped with the tracking number. We do not ship on Federal Holidays or weekends and most orders will process within 3 business days from the time you place the order. 

Our Standard Free Shipping has a 5 business day timeline. All International Shipping orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after processing. ** Due to the effects of COVID-19 on our shipping partners and high order volumes on our end, we are experiencing some delays in shipping services at this time. We thank you for your patience. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for our tea products. 

However, we will gladly exchange unopened or defective teaware purchased from Upland Tea House by pop-up store or online at www.uplandteahouse.com.


Exchange requests must be received within 24 hours of the delivery date and items must be returned back to us in their original packaging with all tags attached for the exchange to be considered valid. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 2-7 business days. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in the cost of the exchanged item will be required.
