2 cups of milk (or unsweetened almond milk or a milk substitute of your choice) 1 tsp of ground cinnamon 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and sliced Seeds of half a vanilla pod or one pump of a vanilla seed paste ¼ cups of our Rooibos Tea
