Upland Tea House Hibiscus Cotton Candy Martini

Ingredients: *Makes 1 cocktail*

3 oz vodka

½ cup Hibiscus Cotton Candy simple syrup

sparkling water, to top off

Sugar Crystals

Cotton Candy for garnish

Instructions: Dab corn syrup all around the edge of the glass, and roll in the sugar crystals. Set aside.

In a shaker bottle, mix the vodka, sparkling water, and simple syrup with plenty of ice.

Shake to combine the mixture.

Pour into the glass on top of the cotton candy. Enjoy!
