Sparkling CamRoMo Mojito

Our sparkling mojito Tea-tini is taken to a new level with this sparkling variation on a tropical-themed drink. It is remarkably refreshing and easily a fan favorite.


2 cups of CamRoMo

7 mint leaves

1 tsp fresh CamRoMo leaves

1 oz. chilled sparkling wine

1 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. lime juice

Lemon slice for garnish (optional)


Boil filtered water and steep CamRoMo tea for 5 minutes.

Allow it to cool for three minutes.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 7 mint leaves with CamRoMo leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice.

Add steeped tea and fill the shaker with one cup of ice.

Cover and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a mint leaf and a lemon wedge.
